1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website and services of AK Technical, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Services Description
AK Technical provides software development, frontend engineering, backend architecture, and related technical consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary resources, information, and feedback required for the successful completion of their projects. Any delays caused by the client may result in project timeline extensions.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment for our services, all intellectual property rights for the custom developed software, including source code and assets, will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific contract. AK Technical retains the right to use non-confidential project summaries and screenshots in our portfolio.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AK Technical, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including milestones and deliverables, will be outlined in the individual project proposal or contract signed prior to the commencement of work. Invoices must be paid within the specified timeframe.
